the legal underground word of the day: replevin

I couldn't possibly miss the chance to record a "Word of the Day" for Evan Schaeffer to overdub with rhythm and presumably melodic tracks. What word? What word other than "replevin," of course!

Just to make things more interesting I used the Bouvier's Law Dictionary definition from the 1850's or so.

If you google the word replevin my site is the second hit on the list. And I didn't even pay money to sponsor a link.
