What's with the disproportionate amount of Finns anyway? Maybe this is discussed somewhere on the forum....
I have been told by my new Finnish friends that there is a high level of literacy; the country has near-universal Internet access; and there was has been favorable coverage in the print media. To which I privately also add that there is probably not much else to do in Finland in the winter other than the sauna.
